At St Joseph's School all support staff :

• Are fully trained in Physical Restraint and have completed the online Physical Restraint modules.  Support staff are authorised by the board to use Physical restraint in line with our  school policy - refer to Physical Restraint policy  

• Support individuals and/or groups as directed by the classroom teacher.

• Participate in professional development to grow their skills.

• Have input into designing individual education plans for specific children in their care.
